3. CONDITIONS OF SALE

3.1. A sale is completed once a customer places an order and receives a confirmation email.

3.2. All prices are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.3. The sale contract is archived via email confirmation and stored digitally.


4. PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS

5. SHIPPING COSTS, METHODS, AND TIMES

5.2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and selected delivery method.

  • UPS Express Delivery – 3–5 business days (order before 1 PM Mon–Fri)

6. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
